Warranty Coverage

Snap Shot Tactical LLC warrants the following components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase:

  • Command Module*
  • Support Module*
  • Remote Sensor(s)*

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Registration Requirement

All Modules and Kits must be registered within fourteen (14) days of purchase by the original purchaser

  • Gifted items must be noted at the time of purchase
  • Failure to register may void warranty coverage

Warranty Claims

An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required prior to returning any product

Items Not Covered

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Rechargeable batteries
  • Mirrors (considered expendable)
  • Mirror brackets
  • Charging and power cables

Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty is void if:

  • There is evidence of external damage, misuse, abuse, or modification
  • The system is not used in conjunction with the Module Protection Device and and there is external damage on the module
  • Serial numbers are missing or altered
  • Unauthorized repairs are performe

Module Protection Device Requirement

The Module Protection Device is required for warranty coverage; unless there is no physical damage to module

  • Included with the Complete Snap Shot Tactical Training System
  • Available for separate purchase through Range Time
  • Approved for use with compatible targets and targets stands
