Shipping & Handling

Most products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted.
Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will ship the following business day.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 3 business days, plus up to 2 business days for handling.
  • Shipping times are provided by the carrier and are outside of Snap Shot Tactical’s control once the order leaves our facility.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking number regularly.
Snap Shot Tactical is not responsible for return shipping costs on packages shipped to PO Boxes that are not picked up in a timely manner and are returned to us by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will ship via USPS.
  • PO Box addresses will ship via USPS only.
  • Orders ship from facilities in California and Wisconsin.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible returns may receive a store credit or exchange.
  • Credits are issued 5–7 business days after the returned item is received at our facility.
  • Used products are not eligible for refunds.

AR500 Target Solutions Products

AR500 Target Solutions products are subject to the following return policy:

  • Eligible returns may receive a store credit or exchange.

Hardness Specification

Targets that fail to meet the required hardness specification of 475–525 Brinell (500 ±5%) may be replaced upon return within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. (USPS Flat Rate boxes are typically the most economical option.)
  • For suspected hardness failures, please include:
    • Photos of the target and mounting system
    • Shooting distance
    • Ammunition details (velocity, weight, caliber, and projectile material)

If testing confirms that an unaltered target does not meet hardness requirements, a replacement will be issued and return shipping costs will be covered (often in the form of additional steel). If the target does not fail hardness testing, it may be returned to you at your expense.

Ammunition Restrictions

Shooting any AR500 Target Solutions target with steel-jacketed, steel-core, incendiary, armor-piercing (AP), or light armor-piercing (LAP) ammunition will void all warranties and may cause damage, increased ricochet risk, or fire hazards.

Approved ammunition includes:

  • Lead
  • Copper-jacketed
  • Soft point (SP)
  • Hard cast lead
  • Wadcutters
  • Hollow points
If it’s not lead and copper, it’s not meant for steel targets.
